- Cancellation Window
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order status changes to “Shipped” or “In Transit,” it can no longer be cancelled.
After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return process in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

- Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order within the eligible window, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Processing Time: Refunds are typically initiated within 2-3 business days of the cancellation approval. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Transaction Fees: In certain cases, non-refundable payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Exceptions and Special Cases
Custom/Personalized Orders: Orders for items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Bulk Orders: For large-scale or B2B orders, cancellation terms may vary based on the specific agreement signed at the time of purchase.
- Right to Cancel by ECOMGROVE
We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Inaccuracy in product pricing or descriptions.
Unavailability of stock.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Non-serviceable delivery locations.
In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued for any payments already made.
